Agreement between Thomas Spencer of Claverden in the county of Warwick, esq., of the one part, and Thomas Lovett of Nuthurst in the parish of Hampton in Arden, gentleman, and Nicolas Sly of Tanworth in the said county, yeoman, of the other part, witnessing an assignment (in consideration of £20) by Thomas Spencer to Thomas Lovett and Nicolas Sly of his interest and term of years in all that parcell of land called "long croft" in the parish of Lapworth containing an estimated 6 acres, lying between 2 lanes leading from Lapworth towards Packwood and extending in length from the lands of Richard Mountford at the upper, and southward to the land between "Longcroft" and the land of John Fetherston of Packwood, yeoman at the other end, and also one meadow called "Brytts Meadowe" in the said parish of Lapworth, estimated at 4 acres, bounded by a lane leading from Lapworth toward Packwood on the north side and the land belonging to said John Fetherston of at a yearly rate of 6d. Given on 4 March, 5 James [I].
